1、全科诊疗医生全科医生，理论无上限。但最好5级全科，专职。三项全科加上+36%房间也够用，辛辛苦苦升五级，不如配一个三级核磁房间2、精神病医生（1）纯诊断/纯治疗三项精神病加+13%房间，就可以抽空兼职下研究，或者加其他基础技能（2）诊断和治疗都开五项全满（有专门的诊断/治疗房间，书架不一样）3、外科医生（1）专职外科5级外科学（2）外科，三项外科加模版房间，就可以抽空兼职下研究备注：手术室，不看护士。4、治疗医生两项够用，三项最优，三级机器加成5、诊断医生（1）X光+核磁 双修诊断4级诊断+1级放射学（2）核磁+DNA 双修诊断核磁资格，两项诊断够用，顺便把遗传学DNA拿了，再把诊断提一提（3）纯DNA诊断4级诊断+1级遗传学6、DNA治疗（记得关掉dna的诊断）1级遗传学DNA资格，两个治疗，三级机器加成7、研究医生米顿大学，大型研究室拉满+5名5级专职。
护士
1、诊断护士（顺便管注射、药房）3项诊断，加三级设备2、治疗护士（顺便管病房、骨科）（1）5级治疗（2）治疗兼管病房、骨科2项够用，3项最优，配上三级设备3、病房护士（骨科护士）（1）5级病房管理（2）3项病房管理，搭配模版房间4、药房护士药房+治疗1，配上三级设备5、注射护士注射+治疗1 ，配上三级设备6、外科护士手术室不看护士，其他护士顶上
助理
1、兼顾助理（客户服务、营销）2、营销助理3级营销营销室5人同时工作，效果显著3、接待室，5级房4、接待台，环境绿
勤杂工
1、全能勤杂工前期经费不足，多以组合搭配技能为主后期经费充足，多以专精深造技能为主2、专职维修 勤杂工5级维修，然后专门负责维修和救火。3、专职升级 勤杂工5级机械学，然后专门负责升级和救火。3级机械学，1级工作激情，1级体力培训，然后专门负责升级和救火，再做点日常工作。4、抓鬼 勤杂工抓鬼+工作激情+体力培训，专职做日常工作（不做维修和升级）。
